Trey lived his life to the fullest by going on hikes, going camping, and accepting any new challenge that was presented to him. He had spent his entire life as a supporter of the Razorbacks, and he took great pleasure in attending games alongside his fellow supporters to see the Hogs compete.
In addition to being a devoted friend, he also played the roles of stepfather, son, and spouse. He had an uncanny ability to look on the bright side of any situation and exuded an incredible amount of enthusiasm for the people and things that were important to him. Trey is survived by his wife, Kimberly Michelle McFarland Stephens; his parents, George Lawrence (Larry), Jr. and Mary Kay Worley Stephens; a stepson, Sawyer McDaniel; and a daughter. Trey was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Lawrence (Larry), Sr. In addition, Trey has a stepson and a daughter who will miss him.
