Our hearts go out to you as we share this news with you because we are deeply sorry about the situation. Since 2003, Randy had been employed at the Kegel Training Center, where he had steadily progressed through the ranks to earn the status of USBC Gold level coach over the course of his time there.
During his time at Webber International University, he served as the Head Coach for the women’s basketball team. In this capacity, he was responsible for guiding the team through their various competitions. 2010 was the first year that the program was run, and under his direction, the team won the ITC Championship for the very first time. After that, he maintained this pattern each and every year. After that, he led the squad to victory in the ITC Championships a further two times, in 2012 and 2016, under his direction. He led the team to victory at the NAIA Championships in 2013 and 2014, both of which they went on to win. In both years, he served as the team’s coach. He was the driving force behind the team’s success at the NAIA Championships.
Before he started working at the Kegel Training Center in his current capacity, he was employed in a number of different capacities within the bowling industry. These capacities included working as a bowling pro, a bowling pro shop employee, and a bowling pro shop manager. The Indianapolis native was a participant in the Professional Bowlers Association tour from 1982 until 1986, during which time he made a television appearance at the Lite Beer Open. The tour took place between the years 1982 and 1986.
Between the years 1987 and 1990, he worked for the company in the role of Ball Driller for Player Services. He was employed by the company. It was estimated that he drilled more than 100,000 different types of bowling balls during this time period. With the exception of the year 1997, he worked for Ebonite International as the Sales Manager for the Southern Region between the years 1991 and 2002. The year 1997 was the only year that this position was not held by him.
