Peyton Page Death, Obituary – On January 9, 2023, at the age of 85, Peyton Page, who had lived in Lufkin, Texas for a significant portion of his life, passed away. He leaves behind a family and a host of friends, all of whom will be profoundly saddened by his departure. With the deepest regret and sorrow that we feel, we are informing others of the news of his passing. Both of his parents had already passed away before he was born; his mother, Lila Page (Havard), and his father, Willis Weldon Page. Both of his parents had passed away before he was born. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Page (Nerren); his sons, Stephen Page of Las Vegas and Wayne Page (Donna) of League City; his grandchildren, Stephanie Page of Austin, Alex Page of Galveston, and Sarah King (James) of Liverpool; and his great grandchildren, J. J. and Abby King. He was predeceased by his wife, Sarah Page (Nerren); his sons, Wayne Page (Donna) and Stephen Page. His wife, Sarah Page (Nerren), as well as his sons Wayne Page (Donna), and Stephen Page, passed away before him.
It was already too late for him when he lost his wife, Sarah Page (Nerren), his sons, and his great grandchildren. His great grandkids were the ones to succeed him when he passed away.
The Carroway Funeral Home will open its doors to visitors on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 at 6:00 PM and will remain open until 8:00 PM for the duration of the visitation period. The conclusion of the visitation is scheduled for 8:00 PM (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). The Trinity Baptist Church will serve as the setting for the funeral service that is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 12th, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at that time (1641 FM325, Lufkin, TX 75901).
