by Matthew Prentice Death, Obituary – The untimely demise of Spencer James Boyd, who had reached the age of 30 at the time of his death, took place on January 5, 2023 in the city of Mason City, Iowa, in the state of Iowa. He was taken from this world by a tragic accident. Before Spencer James Boyd was taken from this earth, there was no previous warning offered. In this trying time, our deepest sympathies go out to the Boyd family; may the knowledge that you and your loved ones are in our thoughts and prayers each and every day bring you and your loved ones some measure of comfort and help you get through this challenging period.
On the morning of Thursday, January 12, 2023, at 10:30 o’clock in the morning, there will be a Celebration of Life conducted in the Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel in Mason City, Iowa. This event will be held in honor of the deceased. The time and day of the event have not yet been decided upon at this point. The Colonial Chapel may be found at 126 3rd Street NE; the complete address of the building can be seen further down on this page. The Reverend Katie Chullino will act as the event’s host and preside over the several events that are scheduled to take place throughout the gathering. Please take care to ensure that Parker, Jasper, and the rest of the Boyd family, in addition to the rest of the Boyd extended family, are making preparations for the interment that will take place in.
In the midst of all of these preparations, I want you to know that you are not only in my thoughts but also in my prayers. I want you to know that I am thinking about you and that I am praying for you.
