Mark Gregory Obituary – Death, Coach Youth Hoops Games Has Passed Away

Mark Gregory Death, Obituary – On Saturday, as we were competing in the Youth Hoops tournament, we took a minute to remember and honour Coach Mark Gregory by halting for a few seconds. In order to show appreciation to Mark and his family, they presented them with a jersey that had been monogrammed. Mark’s death came as a shock on the eve of Christmas, and his passing came suddenly. When our boys were in first and second grade, Mark coached the 76ers team that they played on. Mark Gregory. Your thoughtfulness and concern meant a great deal to both him and to our family.

Thank you. Mark counted it as a blessing that he was able to spend so many years in a role that he treasured so much — coaching — and he believed that this was a sign that he was meant to do so. I cannot express how happy I am that both of my children, as well as their spouses and any children they may have had, were able to be here to share in this momentous occasion. In addition to his role as Coach at the gym, Mark was a passionate family man who cherished his roles as a husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. He was each and every one of these things. The Gregory family is in everyone’s thoughts and prayers as they go through this trying time, including those of the Youth Hoops

programme, the whole Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department, and the entire city of Racine. We want you to know that we are keeping you in our thoughts and that you are close to our hearts. Someone in the audience is addressing Grandpa with a “You Rah!” shout.
