On Thursday morning, emergency care personnel rushed Presley to the hospital in case he had a heart attack or another type of cardiac arrest. A spokeswoman of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to PEOPLE that paramedics were summoned to the 5900 block of Normandy road in Calabasas to assist a woman in her 50s who was not breathing.
The woman was in need of medical attention because she was unable to breathe. As soon as they arrived, the paramedics immediately began conducting cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the patient. As soon as they noticed that the patient was exhibiting “signs of life,” they rushed her to the closest hospital so that she could receive “immediate medical attention. People was able to confirm with a spokesman from the Los Angeles County Fire Department that the unit was dispatched to the location in response to an emergency involving a cardiac arrest.
