by Karen Ramsey Death, Obituary – Karen Ramsey, who was the mother of Josh Ramsey, our senior coach, has passed away as a result of circumstances that were absolutely unanticipated by anyone. It is with a heavy heart that we have to break the news to you that she has passed away. The circumstances that led to her passing were completely unexpected by everyone. During this difficult time, we would like to offer our sincere condolences on behalf of the entire Port District Football Club family. Her parents, Bub Nelan and Nancy Miller, arrived at the hospital prior to the moment that their daughter passed away. They were both unable to make it through the night without falling asleep (Duval Neeley). She is survived by her husband, Romie L. Ramsey of Henryville, Indiana; her children, Carrie Ann Hinson (Dale) of Rockville, Virginia and Jeremy L. Ramsey of Henryville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Shyan M. Hinson of Rockville, Virginia and Jeremy L. Ramsey of Henryville, Indiana; and her great-grandchildren, Shyan M. Hinson of Rockville, Virginia and Jeremy L. Ramsey of Henryville, Indiana. She is also survived by her sister In addition, she is survived by her sister. In addition, her great-granddaughter will carry on her legacy after her passing.
