by Jim Vincent Death, Obituary – Jim Vincent, who was both our biological father and stepfather, passed away in an unexpected way yesterday. It’s possible that some of you already know about this development. A large number of people fondly referred to him as “Mr. Jim” as a result of his over three decades of service as a head start bus driver for Community Action Agency. This was due to the fact that he had served in this capacity for the organization. He was a truly wonderful example of the human race. While I was working at Head Start, I got the opportunity to work with one of the most fascinating people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
As you and your family work through the aftermath of this terrible tragedy, please know that my thoughts are with you. We will be carrying out his last wish and having him cremated, and in the weeks and months that will follow, we will hold a memorial service in his honour so that we can celebrate his life. I would like to use this opportunity to convey my appreciation to everyone who has come out to me to give their help as well as their prayers. Our family would like to express their gratitude to everyone who showed Mr. Jim such an incredible amount of love and support. Once the funeral arrangements have been finalised, we will update this post with additional details.
