The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports that James Webb, forty years old, passed tragically as a consequence of injuries he got after being struck by a car on Jackson County 8 approximately three miles north of Woodville. Webb was on his way to Woodville from Jackson County 8. When the accident occurred, Webb was walking on the road where it occurred.
Webb was on his way to Woodville when he was hit by the car and incurred injuries as a result of the collision. The crash happened in the evening, perhaps around 9:15 o’clock, approximately. During the course of the investigation that was carried out outside at the place, it was found out that Webb had passed away at some point in time in the past. Despite the fact that the driver has been identified and discovered, there will be no legal action taken against them despite the fact that they have been found.
