He was surrounded by his family at the time of his death. On March 17, 1963, Don Bruce made his debut into the world, and his parents, Bob and Dolores Bruce, were there to greet him. He was the first child they had together. He worked for the Ministry of Correctional Services and volunteered for the fire department with the goal of committing his life to the service of others, and he did both of these things. Along the way, he wound up gaining a big number of friends, the most of whom are still a part of his life to this very day.
To an extreme degree, Don was a health and fitness fanatic. When he was younger, he competed in power lifting and won the Canadian championship. This accomplishment came from when he was in his younger years. After that, he went on to become a champion in power lifting tournaments held in other nations and traveled the world to promote the sport of power lifting. He was renowned for his friendly demeanor, his wicked sense of humor, and the unending love he had for his kids, all of which contributed to him becoming famous. He was also renowned for the love he had for his progeny that never ended.
Before Don was born, his great-grandparents William and Mary Bruce, his great-great-grandmother Lena Korzenoski, his aunts Laura, Nora, and Mary, and his uncles Ambrose, Wilfred, and Gordon all went away. Aunts Laura, Nora, and Mary all passed away before Don, who was their youngest relative. He is survived by his two children, Kallista Sarah Bruce and Kaitlyn Mary Bruce, as well as by his brother Robert and his wife Barbara, his brother Richard, his aunts Lucy and Mildred, his nieces Lindsay and Courtney, and his companion Winston, a good dog. Also surviving him are his aunts Lucy and Mildred, his nieces Lindsay and Courtney, and his brother Richard. His brother Richard is one of the people who will go on after him.
