Cameron Leblanc Obituary, Death – Cameron Leblanc passed away on August 3, 2011, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital in Sydney. He was surrounded by his loving family at the time of his passing. It is with a heavy heart that we, the family, announce his loss. Cameron LeBlanc was the son of Clarence and Elizabeth (Todd) LeBlanc, both of whom passed away before Cameron was born in Sydney Mines.

Cameron participated with both the Salvation Army and the Community Involvement of the Disabled, both of which are based in Sydney. Up to the time of his retirement, he worked in the inventory control department of the NSCC at Port Hawkesbury. He had a positive outlook on life, was resourceful and imaginative, and was able to make the best of any circumstance. He enjoyed spending time with others by participating in card games, board games, and going to local events.

His family and friends will remember him forever for his fearlessness in the face of arduous labor and his unwavering commitment to his independence. Patricia (Brewer) LeBlanc, Cameron’s wife, his children Heather (Nigel) Cadogan, Bill (Juanita) Laurie, Pam LeBlanc, and Billy Peterson, his grandchildren Jessy, Jeffery, Miranda, Antonia, Emily.
